By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IntellaBets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntellaBets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
